The Last Dinner Party is a feast for the senses. With just three singles officially released, support slots for the likes of Florence + the Machine and The Rolling Stones have established a diverse fanbase hungry for more. 

(She don't smell like) Roses is the fourth single by Cornish indie pop/rock quintet The Ultra Violets. With Perran Nicholls on vocals and guitar, Marc Willoughby on lead guitar and vocals, Adam Knucky on bass, Stuart Morrall on keys and vocals, and Tyler Harris on drums, the band delivers a captivating and energetic single that fully showcases their unique indie pop/rock sound.

Ethereal songstress Molly Burch returns to our playlists with an album that is deeply personal and yet speaks to the Daydreamer in all of us. The Year In Pictures (TYIP) is a freshly discovered London-based band. Xav Sinden, Oliver Beardmore, Callum Dineen and Matt Suciu are new to the stage but already have a fanbase. In John's backyard shed, Roy (vocals) and John (rhythm) created The Shed Project in Bolton in 2018. Tim (bass), who had previously made a few acoustic demos, joined the group in 2019. By the year 2020, The Shed Project had added Olli (lead) and Shane (drums), finished their lineup, and put out their debut single, "Livin."

Pedalo, a five member band hailing from all corners of Scotland have released their new single 'Halfway House' as their second addition to their growing discography.

Emerging from a diverse blend of inspirational waves of 90’s Madchester, the 60’s Merseybeat and the 60’s Psychedelia movements, a young indie rock band Marseille hits this August with a fresh album. The fans will hear a new flow of indie beats already on August 25, 2023. 

Somewhere in Derby, four like-minded guys decided to create an indie-rock band. Vocalist Will Brown, guitarists Joe Labram, Lennon Hall, Felix Moxey, and drummer Tom Spray formed Marseille in 2021.

 Eighty Ninety are an indie- alt pop NYC based duo, consisting of brothers Abner (vocal and production) and Harper (guitar and production). Over the past few years, the duo collated various singles which have now gone viral such as ‘Your Favourite Song’, ‘Three Thirty’ and ‘10K Summer Nights’. These singles which are included in the 12 track ‘Browery Beach’ album collection have become widely successful in terms of streaming numbers across platforms, where the duo have already accumulated over 30 million streams and currently over 70K monthly listeners on Spotify.

“Killing Time" is the latest single from The Zebecks, combining pensive lyrics with energetic vocals and punky instrumentals. Hailing from northern Scotland, the band are now building a name for themselves as part of Glasgow’s thriving underground music scene. With gigs at King Tut’s, Saint Luke’s and Stereo already under their belt, The Zebecks are taking Glasgow by storm, and “Killing Time" is an incredible addition to their setlist. 

Bochner packs a range of emotional punch into this EP’s six track run. Each song captures a new facet of the struggles of modern love: desire, heartache, insecurity and spite are all explored across the EP’s catchy choruses and punchy melodies. Bochner asserts unapologetically on the opening track that she’s Here for the Drama over a brazen guitar instrumental, right before delivering a biting anthem about yearning on You Don’t Want Me Like That. Many of us know all too well such a mental back-and-forth, and Bochner not only captures this experience perfectly but presents it as a thrilling alt-pop ride. 

‘King of Wands’, the new single by Toronto based Brighid Fry (she/they) - better known as Housewife, is a brand-spanking new indie-rock song that dresses this feeling up perfectly while ingeniously referencing Tarot Cards’ figures ‘I wish I was the ‘King of Wands’ (But really, I'm Cassandra)’. The tune follows her recent great EP ‘You’ll Be Forgiven’, which is perfectly titled if you’ve happened to have not stumbled upon any of her musical output yet.

Edinburgh-based band Thundermoon are living up to to their enchanting band name in their debut single ‘Wild’. It’s a track that takes you gently by the hand and leads you away from the everyday noise, towards a more earthy and idyllic place. The queer trio, made up of friends Shaz Jamieson, Lorna Kelly and Kat Messer, has flourished in the local music scene, having already progressed from their first gig at a friend’s house to appearances at events such as the Meadow’s festival and the upcoming Edinburgh Fringe festival. They’re definitely a band worth watching out for.

As Georgia Ellery, Lewis Evans, Luke Mark, May Kershaw and Tyler Hyde take to the stage in Cambridge for the first time since the departure of their frontman, Isaac Wood, the feeling in the audience is not one of nervous curiosity but of excitement.

'Living in your Pocket' by Wolverhampton group The Jack Fletcher Band is a new indie-rock release from 14th July this year. Headed by singer Jack Fletcher and accompanied by guitarist George Hadley, bassist Henry Bradley, and drummer Tom Robinson, this band has made their mark in the music industry with their stripped back and nostalgic compositions which can only be described as timeless.
